"Was going to court to try an get my citation dismissed and found that I needed a letter from State Farm. I had requested one right after the wreck but it was too early to get it. Was told I would get it when the claim was settled. I got busy with taxes, a very sick cat, and emergency repairs, and realized, a few hours before I was due in court, that I had never gotten the letter. I called my agent's office and spoke to Grace Corner, who understood my dilemma and promised that she would do all she could to get it to me before I left the house. Shortly after, Grace called to tell me that she was emailing a letter to me that she had pressed the Claims Dept. to rush through. I printed it, took it to court and got the citation dismissed, no fine, no points on my insurance and no court fees! I am so impressed with Grace's commitment and her sense of urgency in getting it done - she went "above and beyond" with Customer Service.
