"This Company is OK, but I do not recommend this Insurance to the Others. Prices are Overpriced especially for a Full Coverage on a New Cars or Used Cars with a Low Mileage. I do respect some of the people who works in this Company, but Rebecca Sandoval is a very Disrespectful Professional Insurance Agent to the Current Customers who been with this Company for Many years, bought a new car and trying to get a full coverage quote little bit Cheaper then as it for the new Customers. She's a very Forceful Agent. If you have an old car, the basic coverage will not be that expensive, but it will go up every year little by little. I am ok with that company, but there are way more cheaper companies like Progressive, Allstate, and other Local Companies in Asheville NC. After you close your car policy with this Insurance, Rebecca Sandoval and Her Husband don't know you; They don't know you, and will give you a full coverage quote rate so expensive as it Suitable for the Fully Electric Car Tesla, that's it $2000 dollars per year for a basic gasoline car Full Coverage Insurance. This Insurance Company probably number 2 expensive insurance company, with the unfriendly attitude, after the GEICO."

"Despite rave reviews, this is not one of them. The first thing of which to be aware is Rebecca has a dedicated group of gate keepers. If you want to talk to her directly, or if you want to work with her directly, that's not likely to happen. Perhaps her 25+ years of selling insurance means she doesn't have to be bothered with the trifles of her customers; she has employees to deal with them, while she collects the premiums [The only time she appears to respond is to these reviews, and who can confirm if it is really she or not????]. Attempted to get property insurance on a rental property with a manufactured home. Andrew was the agent with whom I worked. After multiple 'back-and-forth' emails trying to find the VIN # and manufacturer so he could put together a policy, I waited for two weeks in vain. The last number I provided him turned out to be incorrect, but he never responded to tell me this. I found out it was the wrong number only after I left a terse voice message, asking to speak directly to Rebecca, no one else. Guess who contacted me? Rebecca? Not on you life; it was her far more (than Andrew) competent employee, Stacey. Even though she provided me information Andrew never did to find the needed information, she clearly didn't respect my request to speak directly with Rebecca. How much do you want to bet I'm going to finally get a response from Rebecca because she can ill afford to have a poor rating? What will the powers-that-be at State Farm think? Seeing her ratings drop, it might affect the shareholders' profits, and we certainly can't have that."

"Was going to court to try an get my citation dismissed and found that I needed a letter from State Farm. I had requested one right after the wreck but it was too early to get it. Was told I would get it when the claim was settled. I got busy with taxes, a very sick cat, and emergency repairs, and realized, a few hours before I was due in court, that I had never gotten the letter. I called my agent's office and spoke to Gracie Comer, who understood my dilemma and promised that she would do all she could to get it to me before I left the house. Shortly after, Gracie called to tell me that she was emailing a letter to me that she had pressed the Claims Dept. to rush through. I printed it, took it to court and got the citation dismissed, no fine, no points on my insurance and no court fees! I am so impressed with Gracie’s commitment and her sense of urgency in getting it done - she went "above and beyond" with Customer Service. She has my appreciation and my respect for her professionalism and commitment. Thank you, Gracie, you are a real credit to State Farm. Hope they appreciate your work as much as I do."

"If there is a rating of Zero , I would definitely give it to State Farm, unfortunately the lower rating you have is 1. My experience today was a bad experience. Although I called the office and made an appointment but I was surprised to find that my name was not listed when I arrived in the office . It took them while to answer my simple questions about changes in my policy . After the review, Ms. Rebecca Sandoval kindly responded and asked me to contact her and meet her and I did .because the issue is important , I asked my wife who is in our insurance policy to go with my son to her office to discuss our policy to know the reason for the 150% increase in our policy despite that fact that we do not have points in our driving record , and we insisted to meet her personally . I was traveling out of Asheville , my wife and my son Marwan went to the office to meet Ms Sandoval , but she couldn't meet her last Wed 11/15 ,2023 they met another associate to discuss the huge increase in the insurance and the possibilities of adding my young son as a fourth driver ,and to add a second car to our insurance . Unfortunately , the associate provided wrong information and confused us more than helping us . At this we are thinking seriously of all alternatives if the office does not take our issues seriously . I have to mention that we have combined home & car insurance with the office. We decided not to renew our car's insurance with the office . Now after Hurricane Helen on 9/27/2024 and the damage that we have at our house , we faced several difficulties with the State Farm in resolving our claim for the damage of our property . The office failed now to give us even the original copy of our home insurance , and the estimates of our damage did not include major issues like the mold and water damage in the first floor. . The process of clearing the insurance check is also very complicated.. We have been treated badly by the Claims Department of State Farm , the employees who were assigned to our claim were inefficient , hostile, and disrespectful to us . They blocked us from even getting ALE , not only that but they refused to produce to us a denial letter to submit to FEMA in timely manner Just like we moved away from the State Farm in our car's insurance, we decided now not to renew our home insurance policy with State Farm."

"My wife and I have been very pleased with how Rebecca Sandoval's State Farm Agency has handled our claim for the damage caused by Hurricane Helene. The personnel at the office were very compassionate understanding and kind at the main office. They immediately sent adjustors to our home who were thorough and accurate in their assessment of the damages. They expressed concern for the integrity of the house by sending a structural engineer to assess the damage and provide us with a complete report.
